Singing Down Memory Lane

Coping with any dementia or memory problems? Looking for a fun activity for you and your carer? Come and join us for a couple of hours at St Catherine’s and St Paul’s Barclay Hall, Hoddesdon every Thursday afternoon. We will sing some of your favourite songs from the good old days and there will be time for refreshments, chat and, we hope, lots of laughs. Singing and being with others helps to reduce isolation and keeps the memory ticking over and… it’s fun! We are a group of volunteers who have been involved in this area for some time and wish to continue offering this popular service for people with dementia and their carers. We are a not-for-profit group but to cover cost of hiring hall, will need to charge £4.00 admission. Refreshments are free and carers will not be charged.
