Dementia Friendship Group offering a range of preventative and therapeutic activities, as well as social support.

1. Singing sessions – Using culturally familiar instruments and spiritual songs to uplift
mood and mental well-being.
2. Dancing sessions – Providing emotional expression and connection to past
experiences.
3. Luncheon club – Offering familiar vegetarian meals to recreate family dining
experiences.
4. Chair-based exercise/yoga – Enhancing physical and mental health.
5. Culturally relevant games, artwork, and puzzles – Encouraging reminiscence and
cognitive stimulation.
6. Reflexology – Offering relaxation and comfort through touch therapy.
7. Sound bath therapy – Promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
