All Sorts Dementia Group – Sawbridgeworth

All Sorts Dementia Group provides groups for people with dementia to attend for 4.5 hours every week to socialise, take part in activities relating to Cognitive Stimulation Therapy including arts, culture and physical activity as well as enjoy entertainment and a hot lunch in an understanding environment whilst loved ones have regular breaks from their caring roles. Our activities include art therapy, music therapy, choir, pilates, adapted games and sports, movement to music, nostalgia and activities based on word finding and number issues.
