Active Ageing – Countywide

Active Ageing is a free, in-home service for Hertfordshire residents aged 65+ and is suitable for all levels of ability. Our Active Ageing Instructors offer personalised exercise support for older people living in the Hertfordshire community, with a range of programmes tailored to suit individual ability, motivation and current health. The programme consists of weekly one-to-one chair-based exercise or OTAGO sessions for a period of up to eight weeks.
